Instead, they chose to spend their hard earned dollars helping the poor countries of the world develop. This is forcing the US government to rethink its strategy of never ending war. The Pentagon has announced annual 10% cuts in its military spending now precisely because the Chinese government asked the question: “why should be pay for you to kill us?” -
